The Documentation

After download the package, please proceed with the following steps:

Step 1:

Please unzipped the archive.

Step 2:

Installing the extension. You can check compilation state in System > Tool > Compilation, see "Compiler Status". If status is "Enable" to change it to "Disable".

Step 3:

Disable cache at System > Cache Management.

Step 4:

Unload the contents of the module package to the Magento root folder. This will not over write the existing Magento folders of files, only the new contents will added.

Step 5:

Refresh your admin user access rights: logout from your store admin and then login back. Next, please Enable Cache.

Go to the CMS IDEAS -> Easy Form -> Manage Forms

1. Create a new Form

To Create new Form, you click the button Add New Form at top right corner.

When Open window, you fill the field:

Name - the name of the Form

Code - is used to help identify this easy form in scripts

Description - it will appear under the form name

Success message - it will be displayed after the form completion

Submit button label - set text for the submit button of the form. If empty the default value \"Submit\" will be used

Status - if enable, the Form will display in the page

Settings tab

In the sections, enter setting:

Registered customers only - if enable, it requires login to display the page

Survey mode - if enable, Survey mode allows filling up the form only one time

Enable approval - enable approval of results.

Redrect URL - Enter URL to move to after successful submission

Send results by e-mail to admin - enable admin notifications. If you have Select/Contact field in the form, e-mail notification will be sent twice: to admin and to selected contact.

Duplicate results by e-mail to customer - enable customer notifications.

Notification e-mail address - if empty default notification e-mail address will be used. You can set multiple addresses comma-separated

Reply-to address for customer - set reply-to parameter in customer notifications

Add header to the message - add header with Store Group, IP and other information to the message

Admin notification template - E-mail template for admin notification letters.

Customer notification template - E-mail template for customers notification letters

Reply template - E-mail template for replies

Captcha mode - choosing options to display the Captcha

Files upload limit - enter maximum upload file size

Image upload limit - enter maximum upload file size

2. Create a new Field Set

The Field Set displays in the Form as a Header tag. Used when you create the fields.

You select the Form was created in Manage Form. Then click the button Add Field Set at top right corner.

In the sections, enter settings:

Allow to create the fields of the webform with type input as Text, Select, Radio, Chexbox ….
